Before booking an Inventory Report, you need to ensure that the property has been completely prepared and that all cleaning, decorating and other planned work have been completed before we begin to compile the inventory. All furniture and items included in the Tenancy should be present, and must comply with the applicable Fire Safety Regulations.

The property, and any other items that you include in the Tenancy must be in the same condition in which the Tenant is going to receive them. You will receive a detailed Inventory Report that is accurate and complete.

If you are booking a Check-Out Report the tenant must have left the property with their entire belongings. All cleaning requirements under the Tenancy Agreement should have been completed by the time of our visit. We will require an original copy signed by the tenant when they began their tenancy in order to create a Check-Out Report.
